Park Hotel Suisse & Spa - Chamonix

Loved the rooftop jacuzzi with fine views and the cozy hotel lounge .

The hotel did not inform us that the spa was closed for refurbishment, and we only booked this for the spa!

The hotel is perfectly situation to the centre of Chamonix Mont Blanc. The room was well appointed, and very comfortable. Having a single bed built into an alcove in the wall was great as far as our 14 year old son was concerned (privacy to surf the 'net behind a curtain!). Lovely hotel.

The only thing that I'd advise people to be careful of, is the very tight parking under the hotel.

It was just a suitable option for a date night in Chamonix with very good value for money. The rooftop spa has a fantastic view of the glacier, making it a perfect spot to relax. Make sure to ask for directions to avoid getting lost upon arrival.

The location was excellent and the rooms were clean

There was no tea and coffee facilities even in a deluxe Room. Also a Deluxe room should be facing the Mont Blanc - that is the bare minimum expected The breakfast variety was mediocre.

Noise issues from the street can disturb sleep!!! Small room sizes create discomfort for multiple guests!!! Lack of air conditioning during warm weather is unacceptable!!! Unreliable Wi-Fi connection is frustrating when trying to stay connected!!!

The rooftop spa's panoramic view of Mont Blanc was amazing, while the spacious breakfast spread fueled our day of exploration perfectly.

Hotel staff is helpfull, kindness. Perfect location - in the centre Chamonix, good for shoping, restaurants, close to the lift. Breakfast are a bit overpay.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. We had some issues with the booking but it was quickly resolved and they were very obliging. The SPA floor is absolutely amazing!!! Brand new facilities with outdoor pool, sauna, sun decking, etc all with 360 degrees views of the mountains, the first hand view of the Mont Blanc and the glacier makes for the most stunning background for relaxation. We also got a promotional massage for 15euro which was totally worth it after 5 days of trekking, the massagist at the time was superb. The location is great, just opposite the Tourism office and mts from the main drag, close to restaurants, shops, etc. There's also a supermarket just next door. Great location and excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious and had views of the Mt Blanc, decor was a bit old fashioned in the rooms but other than that I would rate this hotel as 4 stars!!! Oh, the breakfast is fantastic but only included in superior rates.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

Large, silent rooms with lockers, coffee, kettle, amazing position. Location next to Le Brevent gondola, Mont Blanc and glacier and the Bossons glacier. Plus, 10 minutes drive from a modern cable car ride.

The room was exquisit, reception staff very helpful and welcoming. Was good to be so close to the centre yet facing a quieter street

The hotel has a new spa area which was too busy for the nos of visitors which led to 3 people in our party being unable to take up an offer of a reduced price massage. Spa appointment areas understaffed and poorly managed. Room was warm and needed fans. And wifi didn't work during stay. Opposite street was a deschevelled hotel in process of being renovated, bits fell off it during the night
